All orders are shipped in the order they are received within 3 - 5 days of placing your order. Shipping times are Monday-Friday, 10am–5pm EST.

Shipping in India is free and we do not ship globally as of yet.

RETURNS

Umber and Ochre has a strict no return policy.  
However, in case of fit issue or a defect, we offer a 7 day exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damage.
